Refined Roofing was created for families, by a family. The family behind it is raising two boys in the area with both parents working full time, and they know how little room a busy household has for a roofing problem. The company started in 2023 to be the roofer they would want to call for their own house.
Most of the work follows the weather. Hail and wind are the reason most roofs in Collin County get replaced, and that usually means an insurance claim. Insurance claims and construction are both confusing, so the job is as much about explaining each step as it is about the roof itself: what the inspection found, what the adjuster needs to see, what the carrier approved and what happens next.
The office is on Preston Road in Prosper. The company is BBB accredited with an A+ rating, holds CertainTeed ShingleMaster and Master Craftsman credentials and HAAG Certified Inspector credentials for residential and commercial roofs, and belongs to the Roofing Contractors Association of Texas.
